Click the Search button, you will be redirected to the details page. Fill information about the visa fees. Deposit amount if applicable. Write type of visa, number of applications and the total amount you need to pay to continue with the application process.


  • Verify the Type of Visa, No of Applicants, Visa Fees, Security amount if applicable and the total amount to be paid and confirm all steps.
  • Write complete Visitor details like First Name, Last Name and Nationality
  • Write your / Guarantor details – Name, Email Address and Mobile Number
  • Now click on “Continue” button to move to payment section
  • Go through the payment options. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions. Click on “Pay Now” button to do the payment.
  • Once payment is done, you will get confirmation email.
  • In order to check visa status, log into your account and find status under My Trips.


  • Email us your and visitor’s passport details at support@tabeertours.com. In subject kindly mention your Visa Trip ID. Visa Trip ID can be find on the email we have sent you after you made payment successfully
  • After verification of documents and payment by our team, we will generate your visa application form. The Visa generated form would be sent to the immigration department.
  • Notice would be sent to you once your application gets approval /rejection from immigration department.
  • After the visa application approval, Tabeer Tours will generate E-Visa. It would be sent to you via email after verification of all steps i.e. documentation and payment
  • You can Log in to the website using the User ID and Password to download the E-Visa

Kindly Note: All visas issued online will be E-Visas. If you want to get original copy, you can get by paying additional fee. A copy of E-Visa shall be provided to the customer once a round trip ticket is purchased through either our website or through Call Center / branch network else an additional service charge of ₱ 100 will be charged. In order to Cancel an issued visa, request can be made at an additional fee subjected to the conditions imposed by immigration department. Once your visa is approved the visa copy will be uploaded on the My Trips. You can download your E-Visa copy online by logging in to www.tabeertours.com with your registered email and password. Upon receiving the E-Visa, we recommend you to check all the details mentioned in the visa copy and in case of any query please contact us immediately by emailing us at support@tabeertours.com. It is requested to fill in all details correctly. Incorrect details may lead to visa rejection by the Immigration officer. Tabeer Tours will not be liable for any rejection. Visitors are advised to carefully go through the “Note” printed on the visa document for “Visa Validity and Duration of Stay”.

  • Passport Copy: Visitors are requested to submit Passport copy that must be clear and it’s better to give colored copy.
  • Passport Validity: Passport should be valid for at least six months at the date of visa application.
  • Photograph: Passport size colored photograph with white background is required.

Tabeer Tours hereby declares that we have no role in the assessment of a visa application, which is the sole prerogative of the government of Immigration department of the visa processing country. Therefore, Tabeer Tours will not in any manner be liable or responsible for any delay in the processing or rejection of any visa application.

Tourist who wish to visit country can now visit freely by fulfilling conditions imposed by Immigration authorities. Visit Visa can be rejected/ accepted solely by the decision of government of visa issuing country.

Tabeer Tours will sponsor the visitor application only if the visitor is having original documents and fulfilling eligibility criteria. Visa fees is non-refundable and the applicant/visitor will not make any claims to refund for any reason whatsoever. Visitors must hold valid travel documents and comply with the requirements of the government immigration authorities.

In case of rejection of visa application, the applicant will be informed of the same and no correspondence will be entertained. As advised above, visa fees will not be refunded and no reasons will be required to be given.

It is understood that whenever the processing of the visa application is prevented, delayed, restricted or interfered with for any reasons by the immigration authorities to process visitor application, then Tabeer Tours will not be liable to any loss or damage which may be suffered as result of such causes. Issuance of a visa or approval of the visa application does not in any way guarantee the visitor right to enter the country of visit. The entry is at the sole discretion of the Immigration authorities.

The visa must be availed within its period of validity. Tabeer Tours will not be liable to a visitor for any changes or cancellations to government regulations that should result in a visitor not being able to travel to or enter the country.

Tabeer Tours will take all reasonable measures to ensure that the information provided by the guarantor/visitor in its application form will remain confidential. However, Tabeer Tours will not be liable for any unauthorized access by any means to that information. Guarantee deposit amount should be collected any time within one year from the date of deposit. Upon expiry of the above said duration, the security deposit will not be refunded to the guarantor.

Visit visas issued online would be E-Visas however, an original copy can be requested for an additional fee. A copy of E-Visa shall be provided to the customer once a round trip ticket is purchased through either our website or through Call Center / branch network else an additional service charge of ₱ 100 or equivalent will be charged. Issued visa can be made cancel upon request by paying extra fee as per conditions of immigration department.

If any crime takes place during the visit of the traveler sponsored by us the police department of the country will deal them. In case if they are imprisoned or if the immigration system shows an overstay the guarantor shall be solely responsible for the penalties and liabilities. Tabeer Tours has full authority to take necessary action against the guarantor. Tabeer Tours reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at its discretion and without prior notice.


You are requested to apply for a visa maximum 58 days before travel, or a minimum of seven working days before you travel. Its recommended to apply for visa in advance of travel.

If I get a visa, am I guaranteed entry in to the Country?
The granting of a visa does not guarantee entry in to the country for which you have applied for the visit visa. The final decision solely depends upon decision made by the immigration officer. How long does it take to get a visa?If all required documents are submitted successfully, visa is normally issued within 5 working days. Do I have to pay any security deposit?Security deposit is applicable depending on the merit of your application, nationality and type of visa. Our visa operations team will assist you if any security deposit is required. When will my security deposit be refunded?As the visitor exits the country and the immigration authorities record the visitor’s departure, security deposit would be refunded within four international working days. In order to provide proof of departure, please check exit stamp on your passport. My passport is expiring soon – can I still get a visa?The immigration office requires all visitors to have a passport that is valid for at least six months from the date of arrival. In the event of a default of this condition, I will forfeit the guarantee deposit and bear all legal consequences. I will be solely responsible for any expenses related to his travel, accommodation or other expenses.

The customer is obliged to provide accurate and true information to TabeerTours.com while filling my application. The Embassy / High Commission / Consulate reserves the right to ask for further documentation if required. All applicable Consular/Embassy fee, TabeerTours.com service charges and travel insurance amounts are non-refundable. Visa fee is subject to change without prior notice due to policy changes & foreign exchange fluctuation. Approval of the requested visas is solely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate / Embassy and TabeerTours.com will not be held liable for any delays or rejections after submission. Processing time is not guaranteed and may vary from case to case. The processing will be calculated from the time the Embassy consulate has received the application.
